improving the taste of curries
to improve the taste of carrot curry and pumpkin curry
after the curry is almost prepared, just add 1/2 table spoon of sugar to it.
that's it, the taste will be improved.

curry leaves can be dried in sun and grind it into a fine powder.
this can be used in curries as an alternative of curry leaves.
we can use it whenever necessary in curries.
